Who are the courses suitable for?
Our courses are designed for both beginners and experienced professionals in the beauty and aesthetics industry. Each course includes clear entry requirements to help you choose the right level for your experience.
Are the courses accredited?
Yes. All our training programmes are CPD-accredited and meet the standards required for professional practice and insurance coverage in the UK.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of each course, you will receive a CPD-accredited certificate, recognised by major insurance providers in the UK.
How many students are in a group?
We prioritise personalised attention. Most of our training sessions are delivered in small groups (maximum 2–3 students) or offered as 1:1 private training.
Do you offer online or in-person training?
We offer both. Theory modules are available online, while practical hands-on training is delivered in person at our academy. Some courses may be fully in-person, depending on the subject.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the training?
All tools, products, and materials are provided during training. You only need to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Do you provide models for practice?
Yes, we provide live models for the practical part of the training. If you'd like to bring your own model, please let us know in advance.
Can I start working after the course?
Yes, upon receiving your certificate and arranging appropriate insurance, you can begin offering treatments to clients.
Do you offer ongoing support after training?
Absolutely. We’re committed to your growth — you’ll have access to post-training support, private group chats, and exclusive industry updates.

DEPOSIT & BOOKING FEE
To secure your place on a course, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee covers administrative costs and course preparation and is deducted from the total course price.

All booking fees are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of illness, scheduling conflicts or changes of mind.
In certain health-related cases, one rescheduling may be offered in accordance with our Rescheduling Policy.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
You may request to reschedule your course no later than 14 days before your original training date. Requests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) if the reason is health- or emergency-related.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Failure to attend or cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice will result in full loss of the booking fee. No refunds or date transfers will be offered.
